At Pinnacle Performance, we believe fitness should be accessible to everyone, regardless of background, ability, or circumstance. Our mission goes beyond the gym floor: we’re committed to breaking down barriers and creating opportunities for every person to move, connect, and thrive.

Our Mission in Action

We provide accessible, specialist physical activity and wellbeing programmes for individuals with disabilities, long-term health conditions, neurodivergence, older adults, and other underrepresented groups. Our services include 1-to-1 and group sessions delivered in both gym and community settings, covering a range of activities such as martial arts, multi-sports, dance, strength training, and functional fitness.

All sessions are tailored to individual needs and delivered by qualified staff trained in adaptive exercise and inclusive coaching. Through our free-to-attend projects and community partnerships, we work to:

- Reduce inequalities in access to health and wellbeing.

- Promote independence and confidence through movement and education.

- Reduce isolation by using activity as a tool for connection and belonging.

- Empower every participant to build sustainable, active lifestyles that support physical and mental wellbeing.

Each initiative reflects our core belief: that movement has the power to transform lives, both physically and mentally

Who We Work With

Through our inclusive approach, we specialise in working with underrepresented and marginalised groups, including:

  • Disabled people and those with long-term health conditions

  • Neurodivergent individuals

  • People facing financial or social barriers to physical activity

  • Older adults and beginners returning to exercise

  • Young people seeking safe, positive spaces to build confidence and resilience

  • Homeless people and rough sleepers

  • Gypsy, Roma, and Traveller communities

Our programmes are designed to meet people where they are, adapting to individual needs and building confidence through movement, not comparison.

Our Services

Specialised 1-2-1 Physical Activity Programmes

We deliver one-to-one physical activity programmes for individuals who face barriers such as disabilities, medical conditions, or struggle with mental health. These one to one physical activity sessions tailor to each person’s unique needs, abilities, and preferences, in a safe and inclusive environment that encourages engagement and promotes well-being.

Group Physical Activity Programmes

Group physical activity sessions for individuals who have disabilities and/or are neurodivergent to engage in physical activity and movement. These sessions emphasise a fun element to activity and social connection.

Community Outreach Physical Activity Programmes

Going out to community organisations, schools and charities to deliver physical activity sessions for individuals who experience barriers to exercise.

Partnerships & Impact
