    30 minutes of Zumba followed by 30 minutes of Clubbercise or Aerobic Step

    Tuesday - 6.15PM - 7.15PM

    Our workout of the day (WOD) inspired by Cross Fit & HYROX. Utilising all the components of physical fitness that will help boost your strength, endurance and skill. This is a high intensity class suitable for all fitness abilities with our 3 levels of adaptation that will be sure to get your heart rate up and help to improve your fitness.

  • Kickboxing

    Wednesday - 6.00PM - 7:00PM

    Saturday - 11.00AM - 12.00PM

    The CFS Kickboxing program is a very effective striking-based system, what sets it apart from other kickboinxg programs is the unique blend of arts it draws from such as Muay Thai, Boxing, Jun Fan/Jeet Kune Do, and Panantukan.

    This is a great program to develop a solid foundation for beginners and for those with experience to improve technique, strategy, and effectiveness.

  • Silat

    Wednesday - 7.00PM - 8.00PM

    Employing dynamic and precise movements on the ground and standing, Silat developed over many centuries across Indonesia, Malaysia, and S.E. Asia.

    In this class we study defences and attacks with devastating finishes against single or multiple opponents.

    This is a great class for mobility, enhancing flow, and building strength. Especially good for those that like Yoga or dance.

  • Strength & Conditioning

    Thursday - 6.15PM - 7.00PM

    A class with a huge variety of principles all dedicated to improving your strength and fitness. From weighted and body weighted exercises to functional fitness with HIIT. This class is designed to make you work hard, sweat, improve your technique, challenge and sculpt your body. The session structures vary from class to class but we always aim to progress you.

  • JKD/MMA

    Friday - 6.00PM - 7.00PM

    JKD is a modern approach founded by Bruce Lee with the objective of using any technique to defend yourself effectively.

    Many see JKD as MMA but for real life self defence as opposed to a sport.

    In this class we train a strong kickboxing foundation but train all aspects of unarmed combat, including striking and grappling.
