Specialised 1-2-1 Physical Activity Programmes
We have delivered 130+ one to one sessions with children and adults who have disabilities and/or are neurodivergent to stay active and support with their ongoing health conditions that without staying active and help building strength may impact overall health and quality of life
Connect The Dots
We delivered 20 group physical activity programmes for Connect The Dots CIC in Thackley/Idle, focusing on new and fun game/sport based activities both indoors and outdoors. Connect The Dots is a daytime activity provider for adults (18+) with learning disabilities and autism who help people lead happy, independent and fulfilling lives by learning new skills and having fun.
Inclusive Culture in Motion
30 weeks of dance and movement as part of Bradfords City of Culture 2025 for individuals with disabilities and long term health conditions. We performed at pop up events across the district showcasing dance and expressive movement as a form of physical activity.
Summat Creative
Delivering 40 fun/game based physical activity sessions to people with learning disabilities and who are neurodivergent as part of our Level Up project in collaboration with Summat Creative and their participants.
We delivered 20 fun/game based physical activity sessions for SNOOP (Special Needs Objective Outreach Project) in Bradford. They are a charity offering many services for children and young people with disabilities.
We provided fun/game based physical activity sessions for Moortime, the short breaks charity during their holiday clubs and Saturday care sessions in Ben Rhydding and Ilkley. They are a charity dedicated to providing fun and exciting respite activities for young people with additional needs, learning disabilities and significant developmental delays.
We met the King
We took 2 of our participants to meet the King at Cartright Hall during his royal visit to Bradford to highlight our work within the community and supporting people into physical activity.
Filming for the BBC
The BBC came to our studio to film our participants practicing their moves during our Inclusive Dance in Motion project as part of a piece for Songs of Praise
